3. Orders & Availability

  • All orders are subject to availability.

  • In case a product is out of stock after your order is placed, we will inform you and offer a refund or alternative.

4. Pricing & Payments

  • Prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and may be updated without notice.

  • We accept cash on delivery, bank transfer, and Easypaisa/JazzCash (where applicable).

  • Orders may be cancelled if payment details are invalid or suspicious.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • We currently deliver across Pakistan only.

  • Standard delivery time is 2–5 working days.

  • Shipping details are provided at checkout and confirmed via WhatsApp or SMS.

6. Return & Exchange Policy

  • Returns are only accepted within 3 days of receiving the item if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • The item must be unused and in original packaging.

  • Opened perfumes or worn jewelry/watches cannot be returned.

7. Refunds

  • Refunds are only issued in approved cases such as order cancellation, product unavailability, or eligible returns.

  • Refunds are processed via bank transfer within 7 business days.
